WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Also known as quest or breakout games, an escape room is an interactive live adventure game in which players discover hidden clues and unravel puzzles in order to solve a mystery and exit the room within 60 minutes (or less!).
Each room has a theme or background story that will keep you engaged and entertained. By solving each puzzle, you will be provided more clues in order to progress further until you unlock all the secrets and exit the room, or until the time runs out. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone can participate! It's great for families, a group of friends, or even as a corporate team-building experience.
Please note: children 10 and younger must be accompanied by adults at all times. If you would like to bring children under 10, please book either during our private booking times or book the entire room for your group. Not recommended for children under 16 on their own as puzzles may be a bit too complex, but it's totally ok with parental guidance!
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN?
Nope. The door will close behind you, but you can walk out of the room at any time: there is always an unlocked door. We are all about safety!
IS IT SCARY?
Our three original rooms are not scary! They are well lit and there are no zombies or monsters trying to scare you (it's not a haunted house).
I HAVE CLAUSTROPHOBIA. AM I GOING TO FREAK OUT?
Not at all! In fact, we have committed to providing games with larger per-person square footage than industry norms. Sure, we could cram more people in our rooms than our posted maximum, but we intentionally keep the room capacity much lower to provide a better game experience for everyone and ensure more participation from all guests.
WHAT MAKES ESCAPE:chandler DIFFERENT?
We have intentionally designed our business around friends, families, and corporate teams, and have made specific business decisions to offer the best experience possible!
We recognize that private gaming is best for groups of 4 or more, so we have made our games private FOR FREE -- no extra charge for private bookings! However, we also realize that escape games are SO MUCH FUN for date nights, so we also offer public bookings Friday through Sunday evenings (after 7 PM). This allows smaller teams (2+) to play and have the chance to meet other escape room buddies! Who knows? You might just meet your new best friends!
We also offer uniquely themed rooms not offered elsewhere in Arizona! No prison escapes, bank vault heists, zombies, etc. here! All original, fun rooms and puzzles with a guarantee that we will always offer a room that is thematically appropriate for kids.
ARE THERE ANY ACTIVE DISCOUNT CODES/GROUPONS?
We occasionally release discount codes on our flyers at special events, so please visit us when you see us around town! If you would allow us to place our discount flyers at your business, please message us here and we'd be happy to provide you with a supply!
We support education in Chandler, and promise to always offer student and teacher discounts (please e-mail us a copy of your current, valid student or school employee ID, and we'll be happy to send you the code!).

We do not advertise on Groupon.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do! You can buy them online and create your own gift certificate to print or email. If you'd like a certificate of an amount not listed, please message us here with your request, and we'll be happy to hook you up with what you're looking for!
ARE ESCAPE ROOMS GOOD FOR TEAM BUILDING?
Absolutely! Escape Rooms are a very popular team building activity. We are available for private groups and events by request every day of the week.
MY PLANS CHANGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS in case of cancellation or no-show. Just like a concert or a play, if you are unable to attend you will not get a refund if your plans changed last minute. If you book an entire room and some of your party doesn't show up, we cannot offer refunds or credit, either. Once you book, your booking is final. We will generally be able to reschedule in cases that we have been notified at least one week in advance.
